All our e-mails and questions were answered promptly  and politely, and in words we could understand.
During this rainy spring JM Build-Design communicated with us via e-mail to let us know they had not forgotten about us, but were waiting for the rain to stop.

We had several  crews here-each specializing in a specific step.  We were told ahead of time that scaffolding,  ladders, and planks would be delivered and set-up.  Each GENTLEMAN came & went & performed their task.  Our yard, and landscaping were NOT disturbed at all.  They treated our home and neighbors like their own.  One of our neighbors was so impressed; they asked for a quote on two things they needed done outside.

And if that wasn't enough to be thankful for; while they were here,  they installed a drawer knob in the kitchen the builder didn't do , mounted brackets in a closet where the wooden rods were bowing, and mounted brackets in the basement storage area to hang  some large tools.  They also installed a new battery in a smoke detector in a two-story foyer.

These were all items we could NOT do.  My  wife felt safe and comfortable with the entire team.  She never was left with any messes to clean up! Everyone on the team brought their best manners with them.  There wasn't so much as a cigarette butt to clean up!

"I used Jm Design to first replace windows in a sunroom. After removing the old windows the company found that our house had a water problem that would involve more work than anticipated. The owner of the company and his employees worked with us to get a project that would fit into our new budget and repair all water damage. We communicated what we wanted done or went with their suggestions in other areas. The key to reoair with any company is to be specific about what you want in the way of product and finished work. I asked JM Design to estimate the cost for tearing my basement down to the walls and remodeling it.  I told him I had  $20,000 budget.  He stayed to the budget and came up with a great design.  He was very easy to work with.  I received several estimates and it was between him and another company.  I chose the other company because the other company had more experience with a moisture sealant I wanted to use.  If I had more remodeling, I would definitely ask JM Design in again.
