The deck pictured above is being put on to a house in Brecksville, OH (44147) for a family who needed outdoor space, wanted to entertain on a regular basis, and preferred the area to be accessible from their home through a sliding glass door. In addition to these elements, the deck designed for the Brecksville homeowners included built-in seating. The idea behind the built-in seating is for a small number of people to enjoy the new deck without needing to bring out more chairs while also allowing the homeowner to take some time out of the day to relax outside, read a book or even watch the kids play.
