After a complementary consultation with a homeowner in Seven Hills (44131), JM Design Build was able to get a feel for the needs and wants of the customer and accepted the challenge to turn their previously unused space in to the centerpiece of the basement. What’s more, this basement bar we came up with is both functional and stylish—necessary qualities for any unfinished basement needing a complete overhaul.
In particular, this layout is ideal for a customer who wants their basement to be transformed into a frequented area with an emphasis on entertaining family and friends. For those who prefer, the mini bar may also be installed near a family room or dining room with an open layout to inspire a casual, informal party or gathering.
In fact, these were the exact needs discovered during the initial consultation which led our designers to come up with the concept featured above—a practical, day-to-day life solution for maximizing space while also providing a source of entertainment.
