JM Design Build, LLC, one of Cleveland's most recognized General Contractor's, is looking for a Home Renovation and Remodeling Project Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for servicing our vast portfolio of client's and completing current projects with efficiency and superior quality.  

The Project Manager will be competent in all or most aspects of construction, including but not limited to: 
-Framing 
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-HVAC 
-Drywall
-Flooring
-Trim 
-Etc. 

The project manager will also be willing to labor as well as deal with homeowners and customers and will be the appointed person for specific jobs. Good personal skills, business skills, necessary tools and construction ability is required. Our office is located in Brecksville, OH but projects are done all over the Greater Cleveland area. Therefore, this position requires some sort of construction vehicle and a valid driver's license. As a general rule, all applicants should be able to completely renovate an existing bathroom and deal with homeowner's selections and upgrades. 

Salary:
Negotiable; hourly or per job

Hours:
Vary; 20-40/week
